Warehouse Delivery Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Delivery Associate to support a busy, family-owned business specializing in custom DTF transfers, apparel, crafting supplies, and other arts and crafts products.

The warehouse is located approximately two miles from the storefront. This position involves driving a company minivan between the warehouse and store, loading and unloading supplies, and unpacking boxes to ensure the storefront stays stocked and organized.

The ideal candidate is reliable, comfortable performing physical labor, and has a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a company minivan to transport supplies from the warehouse to the storefront.
Load the vehicle with boxes, merchandise, and other store supplies.
Drive between the warehouse and storefront as needed.
Unload deliveries and transport boxes into the store.
Use a dolly or hand truck to move heavy or bulky items safely.
Unpack boxes and organize supplies in designated areas.
Assist with moving and handling inventory as needed.
Maintain an organized work area and follow safe lifting and handling practices.
Complete additional warehouse and delivery duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Comfortable driving a company minivan.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to perform manual labor, including repetitive lifting, bending, and moving boxes.
Ability to use a dolly or hand truck.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to safety and detail.
Previous warehouse, delivery, or material-handling experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Load and unload boxes and supplies throughout the shift.
Stand, walk, bend, and move materials as needed.
Safely operate a dolly or hand truck to transport merchandise.
