Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Field Service Technician position with a local East Texas company!

In This Role, You Will:

• Perform electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on production and processing systems
• Diagnose and repair motors, starters, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, instrumentation, and control systems
• Troubleshoot industrial electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime
• Assist with fabrication, welding, and equipment repair/build projects
• Maintain equipment such as pumps, valves, fillers, conveyors, and material-handling systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Follow all plant safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) compliance and high-voltage safety protocols

We Like to Hear From Candidates With:

• Experience with industrial electrical troubleshooting and repair
• Knowledge of PLCs, instrumentation, and control systems
• Experience working with motors, VFDs, starters, and related components
• Mechanical aptitude and fabrication skills
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
• Understanding of high-voltage safety practices and LOTO procedures
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
