OVERVIEW

Seeking a skilled Logistics Material Handler to join our team. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all orders are shipped accurately, on time, and in a cost-effective manner.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against packing lists.
• Organize, store, and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Issue and stage materials for manufacturing and production requirements.
• Replenish inventory and materials as needed.
• Pick, pack, assemble, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Select appropriate packaging materials to ensure product protection during transport.
• Shrink wrap, band skids, and load trucks according to shipping requirements.
• Review orders for accuracy prior to shipment.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment.
• Report damaged materials, faulty equipment, and unusual conditions to management.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience.
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems, and logistics software.
• Forklift or powered industrial truck certification preferred.
• Basic math and inventory control skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business needs require.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, climb, push, pull, squat, and stand for extended periods.
