Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Tuesday-Friday, 3:30 PM-1:00 AM

Pay Rate:

• CNC Machinist: $18.00-$25.00/hr (Based on Experience)
• Set Up Production Worker: $18.00-$21.00/hr

About the Position

Express Employment Professionals is assisting a client who is seeking a CNC Machinist & Set Up Production Worker to join their manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in machining and production work.

Responsibilities

• Deburr and grind metal components to production specifications
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions
• Load and unload metal parts into CNC machines
• Start, operate, and monitor pre-programmed CNC equipment
• Maintain quality standards and follow production and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Basic math skills, including working with decimals
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. regularly
• Ability to push carts weighing up to 120 lbs. on wheels
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with G-Code and M-Code concepts
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
