Express Employment Professionals of Centennial is hiring an Executive Land Administrator for a family owned firm serving oil & gas, utility transmission, and public sector infrastructure.

Job Highlights:

• Supports the Project Manager
• Runs local operational errands
• Manages right-of-way permitting (state and municipal)
• Handles construction and mapping data, compiling project records, and maintaining land titles

What we look for:

• Right of way acquisition experience (knowledge of land deeds, easements, land agreements)
• Title experience (understands title searches or has worked with/for title office, recording office/land records search and understanding of title legal verbiage)
• Comprehension of GIS Mapping and plat maps
• Valid drivers license & clean MVR report
