Site Staff 
Location: McAllen, TX
Schedule: Rotating schedule – open availability Monday through Wednesday: 8am-5pm
Saturday and Sunday: 7pm-1pm
Pay Rate: $12/hour

*Holiday and Weekend availability is required

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Site Staff member to assist with the daily operations of a community center. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment while supporting food preparation, cleaning, and other assigned duties that contribute to the overall mission of the site.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation and meal service.

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and common areas.

• Sanitize surfaces and equipment according to safety standards.

• Support set-up and clean-up for daily operations and events.

• Receive, organize, and distribute supplies and donations as needed.

• Ensure the safety and security of the site through awareness and attentiveness.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Must possess excellent observational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, service-focused environment.

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

• Previous experience in food service, cleaning, or community work is a plus.

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.

• Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
