Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packing Associate to join our production team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our products are accurately packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pack finished products according to company specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect products for quality, appearance, and proper packaging.
• Label, seal, and prepare products for shipping and distribution.
• Assemble boxes and packaging materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Follow all food safety, quality control, and company policies.
• Assist with inventory organization and material handling.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production and packaging goals.
• Report any product quality or equipment concerns to supervisors.
• Support other production and warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous packing, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
