Customer Service Representative / Warehouse Associate - $22/hr

Express Employment Professionals Northshore is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative / Warehouse Associate to join a growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers while also working hands-on in a warehouse environment.

Pay: $22.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Answer questions regarding products, pricing, inventory, and delivery schedules
• Receive, inspect, unload, and stock incoming shipments
• Pick, package, and stage orders for customer pickup and delivery
• Inspect incoming and outgoing gas cylinders for proper identification and condition
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Safely load and unload company and vendor vehicles, including compressed gas cylinders
• Regularly lift, move, and handle materials weighing 50-100 lbs.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in the following industries are strongly encouraged to apply:

• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control environments
