Job Title: 1st Shift Powder Processing Operator (Evaluation-to-Hire)

Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Primarily Monday – Thursday, 5:45 AM – 4:30 PM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily production line operations
• Perform equipment changeovers and process setups
• Conduct preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Maintain equipment logs, production records, and operational readings
• Ensure quality standards are consistently met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the production area
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Willingness to work occasional weekends as needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Manufacturing or production experience is preferred

• Plant machinery and production equipment
• Maintenance and troubleshooting tools

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift
• Moderate lifting throughout the workday
• Ability to handle the physical demands of a production environment
