Inside Sales Representative

Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative for a local landscaping supply company in Fort Myers. This role is ideal for a customer-focused sales professional who enjoys helping customers find the right products while providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of landscape materials, stone products, or related industries.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and sales inquiries
• Provide outstanding customer service in-person and over the phone
• Generate quotes and process sales transactions
• Measure accurately and calculate material requirements
• Educate customers on available landscaping and stone products
• Maintain product knowledge and inventory awareness
• Support showroom and sales floor operations
• Assist with loading and handling materials as needed
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to accurately measure and calculate quantities
• Landscape, stone, or building material experience preferred
• Ability to distinguish colors and assist customers with product selections
• Comfortable with occasional heavy lifting
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
