A hardware company in Pompano Beach is hiring a Warehouse Associate with customer support responsibilities to pull and prepare orders while helping customers in person and by phone.

What You’ll Do:

• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipping
• Receive, unload, and put away incoming inventory
• Assist customers at the counter and over the phone with product questions and order pickups
• Verify order accuracy and maintain accurate inventory counts
• Keep the warehouse and customer areas clean, organized, and safe

What You Need:

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or hardware/building materials experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills for order entry and inventory
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or move for extended shifts
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
