Leasing Agent - Student Housing

Location: Vestal, NY
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

A growing student housing community in Vestal, NY is seeking a Leasing Agent to support daily leasing operations and resident relations. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with property management or leasing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents through the leasing process
• Manage lease renewals, resident inquiries, and move-in/move-out activities
• Maintain accurate resident records and leasing documentation
• Support occupancy goals through resident retention and lead follow-up
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing, property management, customer service, or related experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Yardi property management software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and professionally in a student housing environment
