Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer / Pressure Washer to assist with the cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of our trailer rental and leasing fleet. This position is responsible for pressure washing trailers, maintaining a clean and organized yard, and assisting with general labor duties to ensure trailers are clean and ready for lease.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, comfortable working outdoors, and able to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Pressure wash trailers, including exterior surfaces, floors, and other designated areas.
Clean and prepare trailers for rental and lease customers.
Inspect trailers for visible dirt, damage, or maintenance issues and report concerns to management.
Assist with moving, positioning, and organizing trailers in the yard as directed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Perform general yard cleanup and other labor duties as assigned.
Properly operate and maintain pressure-washing equipment and related tools.
Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assist the operations and maintenance teams with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Previous pressure-washing, general labor, or outdoor work experience preferred but not required.
Ability to operate pressure-washing equipment or willingness to learn.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Florida heat.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Valid driver's license preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Outdoor work in a trailer yard and around commercial equipment.
Exposure to water, cleaning products, dirt, noise, and varying weather conditions.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling equipment.
Must follow all applicable safety procedures when working around trailers and machinery.
