Paint & Pack Associate – 1st Shift

Responsibilities:

• Remove and hang parts on the paint line
• Pack parts according to customer specifications
• Load parts into racks and bins
• Inspect products for defects and quality standards
• Sort parts and assist with minor repairs and rework
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. with team assistance
• Comfortable with repetitive bending, reaching, and lifting
• Pre-start training and certificate of completion required.
• Background check and drug test required.
