Express Employment Professionals is recruiting an Assembly & Shipping Associate for a local company that designs, assembles, and services high-quality outdoor and sports products. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has excellent attention to detail, and is looking for a flexible part-time schedule. The position is expected to continue through the end of January, with the possibility of extending longer for the right fit.

Schedule:

Start: Approximately 2 days per week, 9:00 AM-1:00 PM
Flexible days and scheduling available

Holiday Season:

2-4 days per week
4-6 hour shifts

What You'll Do

Assemble products according to order specifications
Pick and verify products for customer orders
Process and ship outgoing orders
Use web-based order management and shipping software
Ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently
Maintain workflow to keep orders moving out the door
Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy
Support general assembly and shipping operations

Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Comfortable learning web-based software systems
Ability to work independently in a small team environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to accurately assemble and package products
