OVERVIEW
Seeking a Skilled Mechanical Assembler to join a local manufacturing team in Aberdeen, NC. The role involves assembling mechanical components, operating production equipment, reading blueprints, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble mechanical components and finished products according to blueprints and work orders.
• Operate production equipment and assembly tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Set up jobs according to manufacturing specifications and production requirements.
• Package finished products for shipment and maintain production documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly.
• Prior forklift experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings.
• Experience using measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a continuous basis.
