Location: Louisville, KY (Illinois Avenue)
Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

We are seeking dependable Press Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team!

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor computer-controlled press machines and production equipment.

• Load materials and feed machines during production.

• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet standards.

• Assist with machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting.

• Move, organize, and package finished products.

• Maintain accurate production counts and enter information into computer systems.

• Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Meet daily production and quality goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Previous forklift operating experience required.

• Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures.

• Basic math and computer skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Dependable with good attendance.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours.

• Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements.

• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and moving machinery.
