Express Employment Professionals is seeking experienced Warehouse Team Leads to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse.
Shifts:
Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm
Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6:30am
Pay: Starting at $20/hour - DOE
Lead and supervise warehouse associates to meet daily productivity goals.
Assign tasks and monitor workflow throughout the shift.
Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
Operate sit-down forklifts and reach trucks as needed.
Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure orders are completed correctly.
Train and assist warehouse associates.
Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Communicate daily progress and issues to management.
Previous warehouse team lead or supervisory experience required.
Sit-down forklift and reach truck experience required.
Experience with WMS systems, RF scanners, and basic computer applications.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must meet background check requirements (no felony convictions).
Reliable transportation required.
Dependable with excellent attendance.
