Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–4:00 PM, with optional overtime on Fridays

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with Shaw Development to hire a Material Handler to support its manufacturing operations. Entry-level candidates with a strong work

ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

 

Responsibilities:

• Read parts lists and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Pick materials for work orders and replenish assembly cells.

• Restock materials and maintain organized inventory locations.

• Complete basic computer transactions related to inventory.

• Assist with cycle counts to support inventory accuracy.

• Operate a forklift as required after obtaining the necessary certification.

• Use stairs, freight lifts, and stepladders as needed.

• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• Forklift experience or the ability to obtain forklift certification; forklift operation is required.

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.

• Ability to work on your feet for 8–10 hours.

• Dependable attendance and availability for the early morning schedule.

• Ability to understand safety procedures and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
