Bilingual Cashier / Customer Service Representative

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Bilingual Cashier for a family-owned recycling company in Naples. This position assists customers at the service window, processes payments, and helps keep transactions accurate and organized.

We are looking for someone dependable who has cash-handling experience, enjoys helping customers, and is comfortable working in a busy environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the service window.

• Process cash transactions and provide accurate change.

• Answer customer questions and explain transaction details.

• Accurately enter transactions and maintain records.

• Balance the cash drawer and report any discrepancies.

• Communicate with customers and team members in both languages.

• Keep the cashier area clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual communication skills required.

• Previous cashier or money-handling experience required.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Basic computer and math skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to handle money accurately.

• Reliable attendance and availability for the full schedule below.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

• Saturday: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

• Approximately 50 hours per week.
