Warehouse / Production Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse / Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead production employees, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has experience supervising warehouse or manufacturing teams, operating forklifts, handling materials, and preparing pallets for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and production activities to meet productivity and quality goals.

• Assign tasks, monitor employee performance, and provide direction and support to team members.

• Operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and transport materials and finished products.

• Oversee palletizing, stacking, wrapping, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.

• Ensure pallets are properly secured and products are handled safely to prevent damage.

• Monitor inventory movement and maintain an organized work area.

• Enforce workplace safety procedures and ensure proper equipment operation.

• Identify workflow issues and assist with resolving production or warehouse problems.

• Maintain communication with management and report operational concerns.

• Assist with hands-on production and warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment.

• Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

• Forklift operating experience required; certification preferred.

• Experience with pallet wrapping, material handling, and shipping preparation.

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

• Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and teamwork.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, as required.

• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull materials.

• Ability to operate a forklift and perform pallet-wrapping duties.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and assist with manual material handling.
