Manufacturing Engineer

Salary: $120,000 to $150,000/year

Specialized Recruiting Group - Irvine is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a precision electronics manufacturing company in the Irvine, CA area. This is a direct hire career opportunity. Base compensation starts at $120,000 to $150,000/year.

 

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot manufacturing process and equipment issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Lead continuous improvement projects to improve manufacturing performance
• Design and improve tooling, fixtures, and workstation layouts
• Develop and maintain work instructions and process documentation
• Support new product introductions, first article inspections, audits, and customer visits

 

Requirements

• At least 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment
• Background supporting production lines and resolving manufacturing issues
• Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or QuickCAD
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and root cause analysis methodologies
• Manufacturing experience in aerospace, medical device, automotive, industrial, or similar environments
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
