Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM–1:45 AM
Training Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

We are hiring a dependable CNC Roller Operator to join a manufacturing team in Cartersville, GA! In this role, you will operate CNC-controlled rolling equipment to shape sheet metal into precision components according to customer blueprints and specifications.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, metal fabrication, machine operation, or CNC experience who are looking to develop their skills in a hands-on industrial environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up and operate a Davi CNC roller machine to shape flat sheet metal.
Read and follow customer blueprints, job orders, and production specifications.
Prepare and adjust the machine for different parts and required dimensions.
Inspect finished components for accuracy and proper shape.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Manufacturing, machine operation, CNC, or metal fabrication experience is preferred.
Ability to read and follow blueprints and work instructions is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to pass background screening
