We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support warranty and repair claim processing by reviewing maintenance records, determining warranty eligibility, and entering claim information into OEM systems. This position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate and review claims and repair information within maintenance software systems
• Evaluate repair claims to determine warranty coverage eligibility
• Accurately enter warranty and repair claim information into OEM portals
• Communicate with repair shops, service providers, and customer service teams to obtain missing or additional information
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity throughout the claims process
• Follow established procedures and meet productivity and quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous data entry, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems and online portals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based applications

Schedule

• Wednesday - Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm
