Custodial Associate

The Custodial Associate is a versatile team member responsible for supporting a variety of cleaning, sanitation, recycling, and general housekeeping duties throughout the facility. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain restrooms to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
• Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas
• Collect, sort, and handle recyclable materials
• Dust mop and clean floors throughout the facility
• Wipe down workstations, equipment, and common areas
• Assist with shuttle and utility-related tasks as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Perform additional cleaning and facility support duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• No previous custodial or janitorial experience required
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
