Express is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for a full-time position in Export/ Murrysville.

Express is seeking a dependable Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain apartment buildings. This position is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with general building repairs. Pay is based on experience, with top dollar available for the right candidate!

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Pay: $25–$30+/hour, based on experience

Job Duties of the Property Maintenance Technician:

• Diagnose maintenance issues throughout apartment buildings
• Perform basic electrical repairs, including changing light switches
• Complete minor plumbing repairs, unclog toilets, and fix drains
• Repair drywall, patch holes, and complete general building repairs
• Change locks and assist with other property maintenance needs
• Identify issues and determine the appropriate repairs
• Other duties as required

Qualifications of the Property Maintenance Technician:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous property maintenance, apartment maintenance, or general building maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall repair, and general maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage maintenance tasks
• Reliable, hands-on, and safety-conscious
