Customer Experience Agent

We're looking for friendly, customer-focused professionals to join our team as a Customer Experience Agent. In this role, you'll help customers by answering questions, providing account information, and delivering exceptional service through inbound and outbound communications.

Hours: 8:45 am - 5 pm

Applicants must pass a background check 

What You'll Do

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide accurate account, product, and program information
• Document customer interactions and complete service requests
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Escalate customer concerns when needed
• Meet service, call volume, and quality performance goals

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous customer service or call center experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial or banking industry experience
• Microsoft Excel skills
• Chat and email support experience
• Bilingual abilities
