We are looking for a dependable, hands-on individual with maintenance experience to perform general repairs and upkeep. The ideal candidate will have experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and a variety of hand and power tools.
Job Responsibilities:
Complete work orders, reports, inspections, and inventory records.
Clean, paint, and refurbish units as they become vacant.
Perform general carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
Use hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks.
Perform routine maintenance and general handyman duties.
Help keep units and facilities clean, safe, and in good working condition.
Requirements:
Previous maintenance or handyman experience required.
Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
Experience using hand tools and power tools.
Ability to complete repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
