Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a well-stocked and organized showroom. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and purchasing decisions
• Provide exceptional customer service and build positive customer relationships
• Develop and maintain product knowledge to answer customer questions accurately
• Process sales transactions and handle cash, credit, and other payment methods
• Stock, organize, and maintain showroom displays and shelves
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
• Ensure the sales counter and showroom remain clean, professional, and welcoming
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Support team members with daily operations as needed

Qualifications

• Previous retail, counter sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
