As a packer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that products are packaged and prepared for shipment in an efficient and timely manner. Responsibilities:

1. Receive instructions from supervisors regarding packing specifications and requirements.
2. Gather the necessary materials, such as boxes, bubble wrap, packing tape, labels, and other packaging supplies.
3. Inspect products for any defects or damages before packing.
4. Carefully and accurately pack products according to specific instructions, ensuring proper cushioning and protection.
5. Seal packages using appropriate packing techniques and equipment.
6. Apply labels and shipping documentation to each package.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient packing operations.
8. Report any quality issues or damaged products to supervisors.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
10. Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Prior experience in a packing or warehouse environment is preferred but not always required.
3. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
4. Physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
5. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Basic computer skills for printing labels and entering information into a database (if required).
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
8. Knowledge of safety procedures and practices.
