Have mortgage loan processing experience? We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with at least 2 years of experience to support a lender with residential and commercial loan files.
Responsibilities include:• Preparing complete loan files for submission• Reviewing documents for accuracy and following up on missing items• Communicating with borrowers, loan officers, and other parties• Tracking deadlines and supporting files from contract to close
Strong organization, communication, and follow-through are essential. Training is available on commercial and hard money loan products.
