Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting for an Inventory Control Coordinator I to support inventory accuracy and material flow in a medical device manufacturing environment.

 

Service Line: Evaluation to Hire, Full-time
Pay: $20.25/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

 

Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate ordering, receiving, stocking, and staging of materials.
- Perform physical inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials, subassemblies, and finished goods to support production.
- Replenish materials in cleanroom storage areas.
- Maintain work-in-process (WIP) inventory and support production schedules.
- Assist with inventory requests and Kanban replenishment.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Oracle to track inventory and complete documentation.
- Maintain an organized workspace and follow quality procedures.

 

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 0–2 years of work experience.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a regulated, quality-focused environment.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. for inventory counts.
- Dependable and able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
