Accounting Clerk / Bookkeeper (A/P, A/R) - Temple/Belton Area

Are you an experienced Accounting Clerk, Bookkeeper, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable professional looking for your next opportunity? Responsibilities:

• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Enter invoices, expenses, and vendor payments
• Assist with billing, collections, and cash application
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support month-end closing activities
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, A/P, A/R, or related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP preferred)
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments is a plus
• Knowledge of ERP systems and accounting software preferred
