Material Handler - 1st Shift

Job Duties: 

• Supply the welding department with raw materials, metal components, and parts needed to maintain production flow 
• Transport materials between storage areas, fabrication stations, and welding workstations using forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, or other material-handling equipment 
• Assist welders by ensuring the proper parts and materials are available for each job
• Maintain accurate material inventory and communicate shortages/discrepancies to supervisors 
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to support a safe manufacturing environment 
• Coordinate with welders, production, and supervisors to meet deadlines 

Requirements: 

• Forklift driving experience 
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds 
• Experience using pallet jack 
• Able to work in fast paced, industrial environment
• Able to lift, bend, stoop, walk, stand, reach, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist 

Work Schedule: 6am to 2pm Monday-Friday w/ OT as needed
