Accounting Clerk

Location: Kapolei, HI
Pay: $21-$22/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join a team in Kapolei! This is a great opportunity for a recent accounting graduate looking to gain hands-on experience and start their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare invoices and process payments
• Reconcile transactions and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with general accounting and administrative duties
• Provide additional support to the accounting team as needed

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous accounting experience is a plus
