Express Employment SW San Antonio is looking for 2nd Shift Night Supervisor

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (12-hour shifts; specific workdays to be determined)

Job Duties:

Oversee production operations during 12-hour night shifts (7pm - 7am). Candidate will lead production personnel, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and maintain efficient workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requires working in both indoor and outdoor conditions while supervising daily production activities and meeting operational goals.

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, production, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and experience with production reporting systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification or experience is a plus.
