Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting for a Medical Device Assembly Technician to support the assembly and production of specialized medical device equipment.

Service Line: Evaluation to Hire, Full-time
Pay: $24.62/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Assemble medical device components and equipment using hand tools.
- Perform opto-mechanical assembly of components and larger machines.
- Work under a microscope to assemble and inspect small components.
- Prepare, measure, and kit components and raw materials.
- Perform visual inspections, sampling, and in-process quality checks.
- Complete packaging, labeling, and data entry.
- Maintain accurate production records, including batch records and device history records.
- Follow established procedures and quality standards in a medical device manufacturing environment.
- Maintain cleanroom conditions, including gowning, cleaning, and replenishing supplies.
- Clean, inspect, and assemble components and process equipment.
- Support equipment validation and qualification activities as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:
- 2–4 years of related experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology manufacturing.
- An associate degree may be accepted with less than one year of experience.
- Opto-mechanical assembly experience is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work with small components under a microscope.
- Ability to follow written procedures and complete documentation accurately.
- Understanding of quality standards and good documentation practices.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
