We are currently seeking candidates for a Loan Processor role with out client at their locations in Janesville and Beloit.

 

These are evaluation - hire openings with a growing financial firm, and great for candidates seeking an opportunity where their customer service skills will shine!

 

No previous loan processing or financial experience needed!

 

Overview:

As a Loan Processor, you’ll help customers meet their short-term financial needs. You will review applications, verify information, and fund the loan. You’ll help customers every step of the way, whether it’s taking payments, answering questions, or calling on past-due accounts with solutions and professionalism. It’s an important, customer facing position that requires the right person, and that could be you!

 

Main Duties:

• Greet every customer with a smile and enthusiasm, whether in-person or over the phone.
• Dive into loan applications, ensuring all info is accurate and completely clarified.
• Process loans quickly while sticking to our underwriting guidelines.
• Break down loan contracts to customers, making sure they know the ins and outs.
• Spot opportunities to approve loans and offer credit limit increases qualifying customers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED—check!
• One year of customer service experience to show off your people skills.
• Comfortable with computers and basic office equipment.
• Killer communication skills (English/Spanish bilingual is a bonus!).
• Cash handling, lending, or collections experience? Even better!
• Ready to work regular hours (with occasional overtime) and travel between locations.

 

Schedule: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm.  occasional Saturday hours 9am - 4pm.  When working Saturdays, you will have a day off during the week.

 

Pay: $20+/hour depending on experience
