Express Employment Professionals of Baton Rouge is partnering with a manufacturing and distribution company seeking a reliable BILINGUAL Sanitation Supervisor. This position manages essential staff work flow and employee management. 
 
Pay: $20/HR | TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY

Schedule: MONDAY–THURS 2PM-8PM | FRI & SUN 12PM-12PM-8PM | Off Every Saturday!
 
Primary Duties
  • Responsible for overseeing cleaning & upkeep of designated areas in the plant 
  • Sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping down surfaces, disinfecting areas. 
  • Communicating with cleaning contract staff & Plant staff. 
  • MUST be bilingual - English/Spanish 
Requirements -
  • Experience - Previous cleaning experience & management experience. 
  • Punctual & Productive: Highly dependable with excellent time management and efficient workflow management.
  • Professional & Proactive: Represents the company well, communicates clearly, and anticipates daily cleaning needs.
  • Pre-employment screening: 10-Panel drug screen REQUIRED. Background check preferred (state, county, federal).
