About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented Inside Sales Support Representative to join our clients team. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers while supporting two Outside Sales Representatives throughout the sales and order fulfillment process.

The ideal candidate is organized, computer-savvy, service-oriented, and able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy problem-solving, helping customers, and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build positive customer relationships
• Prepare and process customer quotes accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with Outside Sales Representatives to support customer accounts
• Research and locate products to meet customer needs
• Transfer inventory between branch locations as needed
• Create and issue purchase orders
• Schedule and coordinate customer deliveries
• Process customer orders and ensure timely order fulfillment
• Communicate with customers regarding product availability, order status, and delivery schedules
• Work closely with sales, operations, warehouse, and delivery teams
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service, sales support, order processing, or related experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with computer systems and learning new software
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle is a plus, but training will be provided
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
