Now Hiring: Production Control & Customer Operations Specialist - Bloomingdale Area

We are seeking a Production Control & Customer Operations Specialist in the Bloomingdale area. This position is responsible for managing customer production schedules, performing SAP data entry, conducting shortage analysis, and creating shipment orders. The role also supports monthly sales planning and annual business planning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive customer production schedules and manage SAP data input
• Perform shortage analysis and create shipment orders
• Develop monthly sales plans and support annual business planning
• Prepare daily shipment reports and monthly delivery summaries
• Reconcile delivery data with customer records
• Manage monthly shipment data and monitor accounts receivable status
• Issue and maintain customer invoices

Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (most important requirement)
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
