Pay: Starting at $23.00 per hour + Potential Sales Commission

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Typically 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (hours may vary based on route needs)

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Route Delivery Driver to join a commercial laundry service team. This position combines local route driving, pickup and delivery services, customer relationship management, and sales opportunities.

This is more than a traditional delivery driver position! Our drivers are the face of the company and play an important role in building strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service, and identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services.

The ideal candidate is personable, self-motivated, safety-conscious, and enjoys working independently while maintaining regular face-to-face interaction with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage assigned delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate pickup and delivery of commercial and residential laundry.
Safely operate company vehicles while following all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
Load, unload, and transport laundry products and supplies safely and efficiently.
Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers.
Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service, responding to questions, concerns, and service requests.
Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services, helping grow customer accounts and route revenue.
Review customer invoices, verify delivery accuracy, and make necessary corrections.
Maintain knowledge of company services, pricing, and policies to effectively assist customers.
Complete daily vehicle inspections, preventative maintenance checks, and required driver documentation.
Address customer feedback professionally and promptly to support customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Participate in company meetings and training as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record required.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
Comfortable interacting directly with customers and recommending additional services.
Basic math skills and attention to detail for invoice verification.
Previous route delivery, local delivery, customer service, or sales experience preferred but not required.
Ability to routinely lift and maneuver 50 lbs. and independently load and unload products from a delivery vehicle.
Commitment to safe driving practices and workplace safety standards.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay of $23.00 per hour.
