Schedule: Days | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Summary

The Shipping Operator supports daily shipping operations by ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, documented, and shipped on time. Responsibilities include processing domestic and international shipments, using SAP and shipping software, preparing export documentation, tracking shipping issues, and maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and trade regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, dependable, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and track domestic and international shipments.
• Use SAP, shipping portals, and carrier software to prepare shipping documentation.
• Coordinate with production, Customer Service, and management to meet shipping deadlines.
• Identify and resolve shipping errors, delays, and discrepancies.
• Follow company standards for safety, quality, and trade compliance.
• Support team operations and maintain accurate shipment records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Up to two years of shipping experience preferred.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with appropriate equipment and work on your feet for extended periods.
