Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday 7:30 AM - 5 PM
Key Responsibilities
o delivery assistants ride along with Furniture Delivery Drivers and help Drivers deliver and setup merchandise (furniture) in the customers’ home
o perform the necessary delivery functions in a safe and professional manner, while staying on schedule to meet our customers’ expectations
o physically lifts, loads, and unloads merchandise (furniture) from the delivery truck and helps carry and set up the furniture in the Customers home
o contributes to company safety culture by adherence to safety policies
o must have the ability to perform heavy team lifting throughout shift
o must be able to push, pull, or team lift up to 110 lbs as needed during shift; all lifting should be conducted with a partner
