Seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Laser Operator to join our production team. This role involves operating CNC laser equipment and the cut-to-length coil line to produce high-quality metal components safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC laser cutting equipment and cut-to-length coil line.
• Load, move, push, pull, and lift metal sheets.
• Read blueprints, work orders, and production schedules.
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Stack, label, and organize finished products.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and support continuous production.
• Operate a forklift (training available; experience preferred).

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience using CNC Laser Machine
• Mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and independent work ethic.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull heavy metal sheets.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and stand for extended periods.

Pay: $18-$20 per hour depending on expereince

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM to 3:30PM
