Plow Truck Driver – Seasonal Snow Removal

Pay: $23–$28/hour, depending on experience
Season Completion Bonus: Additional $3/hour for employees who stay the entire season
Schedule: On-call and weather-dependent, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Openings: 1–2

We are seeking Plow Truck Drivers for seasonal snow removal. Drivers will operate plow trucks to clear parking lots, roadways, and commercial properties while safely navigating assigned routes.

Responsibilities:

• Operate plow trucks safely and efficiently in snowy and icy conditions.

• Remove snow from assigned areas while working carefully around vehicles, buildings, and other obstacles.

• Respond to snow removal calls on short notice.

• Follow assigned routes and scheduling instructions.

• Report equipment issues and unsafe conditions promptly.

Requirements:

• Previous snowplow or commercial truck driving experience preferred.

• Valid driver’s license required; clean driving record preferred.

• CDL may be required depending on the vehicle.

• Comfortable driving in snowy and icy conditions.

• Flexible availability, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying winter weather conditions.

This position is seasonal. Hours are not guaranteed and will vary based on snowfall.
