Salary: $18.30-$23/hour

Aerospace Manufacturing – Calendar Operators

Pay: $18.30–$23.00/hour

Shifts Available:

• Day: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Swing: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM
• Weekend: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM

Join an innovative aerospace manufacturing team specializing in aerospace, defense, and energy solutions!

Job Duties:

• Weigh, mix, and prepare silicone and organic materials for production.
• Operate mills and industrial machinery to process materials.
• Check inventory and communicate material availability.
• Safely operate, clean, and inspect equipment.
• Use pallet jacks or similar equipment to retrieve materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Assist with training and supporting team members.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent basic skills.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to read and follow work orders in English.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass required respirator and physical capacity exams.
• Comfortable working around industrial chemicals, fumes, and varying temperatures.
