3rd Shift Customer Service Coordinator (Remote)

Location: North Barrington, IL (remote after the first 2 weeks of onsite training)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM, with rotating weekends after training
Compensation: $16-$18/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential

Our client is looking for dependable and motivated overnight Coordinators to support a high-volume service operation. This position serves as a key point of contact for customers, gathering information, coordinating service needs, and ensuring accurate communication and documentation throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Collect, interpret, and document information accurately.
• Coordinate communication between customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Navigate multiple software systems while maintaining detailed records.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and service metrics.
• Remain focused and productive throughout overnight shifts.
• Provide exceptional customer service during potentially stressful situations.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, dispatch, call center, technical support, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software systems.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and remain engaged during overnight hours.
• High School Diploma or GED
