Responsibilities

• Room patients, record vital signs, and update medical histories
• Assist providers during exams and minor procedures
• Perform injections, phlebotomy, EKGs, and point-of-care testing as trained
• Schedule appointments, process referrals, and handle prior authorizations
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and ready
• Maintain accurate records in the EMR

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) preferred
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ year of clinical MA experience preferred
• Friendly, professional communication with patients and staff
