What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and new-hire orientation.
• Serve as a resource for employees and supervisors regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace questions.
• Maintain employee records and ensure personnel documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with benefits administration, employee changes, and related HR paperwork.
• Help coordinate employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives.
• Support performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation.
• Assist with HR compliance and ensure company practices align with applicable employment laws.
• Partner with management on HR initiatives and special projects as needed.

 

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in human resources, ideally in an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and personnel administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with employees at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A proactive, approachable professional who can manage competing priorities.
• HR-related education or equivalent professional experience preferred.
